Awesome location, cool vibe and rooms are very nice. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is huge. Sonos was not working correct; it would just shut off and the stations were limited. Karaoke didn't work at all. Family above sounded like wild horses running half the day and early in the AM. There isnt insulation due to the industrial vibe. Would stay again. ##### Francie B. I highly recommend the location for 4 couples as there are 4 King Ensuites rooms that are huge. There is a room with 4 bunks but it is smaller. Watched the fireworks from the parking garage / restaurant next door and it was a perfect view. They had food and let us BYOB. Great spot steps away from our front door. House was spacious enough for all of us, great touches with the karaoke machine. Check in/out and communication with the property manager was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. ##### Kim S.
