Welcome to Urban Jungle, a 3-bedroom condo where city energy meets a splash of the wild. Tucked in SoBro, just minutes from Broadway and The Gulch, this space feels both vibrant and laid-back—a true Nashville hideaway.  
  
Inside, you’ll find a living area that’s open and inviting, with a big sectional sofa, smart TV, and balcony for fresh air. The kitchen flows easily into the space, perfect for cooking, gathering, or just setting out snacks before a night on the town.  
  
Each bedroom has its own character: one with a king bed and private bath, another with a king bed and smart TV, and a playful room with a queen plus bunk beds that’s great for families or groups. There’s also a sleeper sofa and air mattress if you need extra space.

This spacious unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments. 🧳Luggage Service Hours:  
★ Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.  
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.  
  
Friendly Reminders:  
★ Staff may take a short lunch break (a sign will be posted).  
★ Kindness and respect toward staff help ensure a great experience for everyone.  
  
🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.  
  
🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.  
  
👮‍♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.  
  
🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.  
  
The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.  
  
📍 The Hyve building is centrally located. While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

🏓 All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities, but we cannot guarantee their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.

🐕 This is a pet-friendly building; however, the owner of this unit does not allow pets.

🧴 Supplies are provided, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.  
  
We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what\`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

\- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.  
\- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.  
\- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.  
\- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt  
\- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply  
\- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.  
\- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time  
\- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.  
\- For guest\`s safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.  
\- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.  
  
\* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.
