This was a great place to stay. It was just close enough to Broadway to walk. There are so great places in Germantown, if you want to avoid the crazy of Broadway.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

This property was perfect for a girls trip to Nashville! We were close to all downtown hotspots and we felt so safe with locked building, garage and elevator. The house was decorated so cute and had all the amenities. Highly recommend

Amazing views and location!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Nashville! Beautifully decorated apartment with everything you would need and a balcony overlooking the water. Easy walk to Broadway and secured parking. We never used our car the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay there again!

Worst beds in the history of vacations

If you want to sleep on a bed that feels like concrete stay here. Horrible mattress that has no box spring that is literally placed on a sheet of plywood. Unbearable sleeping conditions. Slept on that bed 1 night and had to sleep on the couch for some type of comfort for the remaining 6 nights. Property does not care about your comfort. Also if you like hearing trains all night long and every noise from the unit above you also. Worst vacation ever because of this.

Loved how safe we felt in the area. Uber pickups were super straightforward. Having garage parking with a gate helped us feel secure and so did the safety features of the gates and door codes. Place was super clean and quiet. We barely heard the train even when we were awake.

Great stay!

This apartment was great for our group of 5 adults. It was clean and comfortable with a balcony. Easy check in process electronically. A quick 15 min walk to the downtown area or easy Uber ride. We had a lot of fun for our first trip to Nashville!

Great view and a safe stay!

We had a code to get into the parking and one for our unit. The unit was clean, stocked with good towels and the beds are comfortable. The view of the river and Nissan stadium was beautiful! Quiet area and walk paths too!

Best Airbnb I've Ever Been To!

This place was incredible! The view was amazing and it was decorated so cute! They provided everything I needed there and it felt like I was right at home. TVs in the rooms with all streaming apps, comfortable beds, appliances to cook with, and a nice balcony. Also felt very safe with apartment complex locked up at all entrances. Will be coming here again!

Beautiful view. Lots of room. Super clean. 4th of July fireworks from the balcony were amazing. Scooters right out the front door so you can scoot to downtown and I really loved the ease of the keyless entry. Made things super simple and I would recommend them to anybody

Great condo for our Nashville family stay

The condo is clean and very well-appointed to serve all our needs. The location is only a 2 minute drive or quick Uber to downtown. The train noise could be a factor but it didn’t prevent anyone from a good night’s sleep. I would happy book again.

Great getaway!

This was a great little getaway. Close to everything. Walked to a concert at Nissan Stadium. Only issue was the parking spot assigned at check in was used by another vehicle…actually another vehicle parked in their spot and into the assigned one therefore my car didn’t fit. We parked in the one marked as belonging to the unit. Thankfully, we didn’t get towed.

Great for long weekend get away

We were able to walk to many different locations: Printer's alley, Broadway, The Ryman, Bicentennial park, and the farmer's market. We used ride share to access other destinations. The area is up-and-coming and like all of Nashville, there is a lot of construction happening. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos and had everything we needed for a long weekend trip. Whole Foods delivered some basic supplies very quickly and the farmer's market is a short walk for lunch or specialty items. The building is easy to access and we didn't hear much noise from other people staying there. The large windows and balcony overlooking the river were great for enjoying coffee or an evening beverage while watching the full moon rise.

Nice and comfortable

Location was good. A bit of a walk to Broadway but it was a nice walk by the river and a park. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has great views of the river and train tracks. Beds are firm which I loved! Safe! All doors need codes which is comforting. Will stay there again.

Kick Off Your Boots

overall, a great place to stay! such a beautiful view of the river and we were close enough to Nissan stadium to hear Ed Sheeran in concert - which was a great bonus! the apt had everything we needed and is in walking distance to Broadway!! however we did have some concerns with noise and neighbors, and there is no one on the property to assist with these concerns.
