The condo was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was decorated with a fun Nashville vibe—loved the cool Country touches throughout. The automatic shades made it easy to enjoy natural light during the day and still have privacy at night. We didn’t use the pool since the weather was cool, but it was well maintained. The building felt secure, the location was perfect for walking to the hotel where I was attending an event, and it was easy to get to and from on foot and by Lyft. Close enough to Broadway if you don’t mind a little walk. Very clean, check in was great, and loved being on the first floor. However, I wouldn’t try to fit more than 6 people again. Not enough room for air mattress, and one bathroom isn’t ideal. Luckily there was a public condo bathroom. The second bedroom having no closet, and not a lot of floor room for luggage was tricky. The property was clean and comfortable for our family. We walked to both the Gulch (10 minutes) and Broadway (20ish minutes). Lots of great places to eat, shopping and live music in both places. The property manager was very communicative and provided all necessary codes, address and property details in a very timely manner.
