We had a wonderful reunion and enjoyed the property. The place was pretty clean and had most of the amenities we needed. We would caution those that prefer a quiet spot as there were quite a few party animals close by with loud music and screaming on a couple of nights until early morning hours. Of note, the bedrooms did not look like the pictures. Basically mattresses placed on the floor to accommodate more people as we had 6 in our party. As such, there was nowhere to put our luggage and the 5 hangers above the washer dryer were not enough to hang our clothes up. The deck up top was nice, but not set up like the pictures. The furniture was covered and there wasn’t a straw mat and the furniture and flooring could use a good power wash. We certainly could have set it up ourselves, but typically have enjoyed everything set up and ready for us. I think the arrangements here are more conducive to college kids looking for a place to party. We were a group of 60 year olds and probably not ideal for us, but we did enjoy the main area and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Check in and communication was easy. All in all we had a great time and appreciate the opportunity. ##### Liz C.
