Fall in love with this brand new build, that boasts of modern design, beautiful hardwood floors, and abundant natural light! The simple yet elegant design has all that you need for a Nashville getaway. Features include an open concept kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a gorgeous rooftop deck. Located 1.5 miles from downtown Broadway and just minutes to the Gulch, Midtown, and 12 South, you'll have all that you need in this stunning home! Layout: The lower level of the home consists of the garage, laundry area, bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. The second level of the home opens up into the main living area. You will also find a kitchen, half bathroom, and dining area. The third floor has a king bedroom with en suite bathroom, a full bedroom, and a full bathroom in the hallway. The 4th floor consists of the stunning rooftop deck! Parking: There are spaces for 2 cars in the garage. Neighborhood: Nashville's Wedgewood-Houston (or “WeHo”) neighborhood is located a few blocks south of downtown Nashville with borders defined by Houston Street to the north, Wedgewood Avenue to the south, Eighth Avenue South to the west and Fourth Avenue South/Nolensville Pike to the east. Interactions with Guests: We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
