Located just 30 minutes outside of Nashville in the quiet town of Pleasant View, this charming southern oasis will surely steal your heart! The Space: \*The pool is now closed for the 2025 season but will open up again in the warmer spring months of 2026\* ★Highlights★ \- Private Pool with privacy fence \- Screened porch with entertaining area \- Full kitchen \- Smart TVs \- Coffee Maker ★Layout★ Bedroom One - king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower, tub, and two sinks Bedroom Two - queen bed Bedroom Three - queen bed Bedroom Four - queen bed Living Area/Common Space - couches, seating, and TV Hallway Bathroom - tub/shower combo and two sinks Hallway Bathroom - Powder room with toilet and sink ★Parking★ There is space for four cars in front of the home. Please do not park in front of the garage to the left of the long drive. They will be discreet and ensure not to disturb guests.) ★The Neighborhood★ Located in the charming small town area of Pleasant View, which is just 30 mins outside of Nashville. Nearby restaurant favorites include Sidelines Grill, Q'ued Up 615, and El Dorado. ★House Rules★ During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Other Things to Note: ★Security Camera Disclaimer★ For your safety and the security of our properties, most of our rentals have a ring doorbell camera or an external camera located on the exterior corners of the home. No indoor cameras are present - your privacy is fully respected. ★Damage Waiver★ You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay. In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee. Here’s how it works: by booking with Stay Local Nashville, Inc., you understand and accept that your booking fees include a Damage Waiver. It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay. The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior. It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris. We would have swam on Sunday and Monday, didn't want to be too pushy as I was told it would be cleaned, but we were disappointed that we didn't get to use it.The bug situation was a lot but we're from Kansas and we know that this bug season has been extreme, I would say that they should spray once a week to keep up with it if they don't already. No biggie really though.The dryer had a hard time drying, not sure if that's a maintenance issue or had something to do with the brand and/or size... we managed.Other than that, the house was perfect for all of our littles. No stairs and concrete floors were exactly what we needed. The sunporch was a nice space to enjoy the outdoors without being completely outside. The kitchen worked perfectly, and the bedrooms fit all of us, we slept well. The shower was a huge hit and allowed us to wash several little kids at once.The location was perfect for us to get back and forth from several visits and the wedding at our friend's home in Joelton.Thank you for the stay, we would stay again. ##### Kimberly R. As we stayed in August, the weather was very hot but the pool was the perfect size. The sun hits on the pool all day. The entire house stayed cool, and that’s amazing because the house is huge. We cooked at the house every night and the host stocked the house with plenty of towels and washcloths. They even left us multiple pool towels.
