Neil was super easy to communicate with, and was always timely with responses to our questions. I like being able to park our rental car behind the gate at night, knowing it was extra safe. Proximity to downtown and ease of access to the property was excellent. We picked the property based on the pictures and listing but when we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, well kept and the bed was VERY comfortable. The location was great as it was very close to many great restaurants and coffee shops.
