Neil was super easy to communicate with, and was always timely with responses to our questions. I like being able to park our rental car behind the gate at night, knowing it was extra safe. It's in a nice area in East Nashville with easy access to many places but also out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. It was a perfect location to be able to either take a quick Uber to the stadium or to Lower Broadway. We actually walked to and from the stadium. It was about a mile and a half walk. Great local restaurants and bars within walking distance as well!! Owners gave some great recommendations for places to eat, I would highly recommend five points pizza just down the block where you can buy a slice and take it to go even until 2 AM! There is also a great deli down the street with great bagels and coffee and other breakfast and lunch items. The Up Down has a great roof with drinks and you can play video games if that’s your thing as well. Over all a terrific find in East Nashville! Would definitely stay again! ##### Pam H. It was fun to briefly meet Neal when we checked in. The property is in a perfect location, lovely neighborhood and not too far from downtown Nashville, plus some good local restaurants. We even walked into downtown Nashville when we felt up to it and had the time, otherwise we drove or used Uber. The property has all one needs other than a bureau for a longer stay, we were there a week. Very clean and very comfortable property! ##### David Y.
