The bedrooms and beds available made it super easy to accommodate everyone. The common spaces are smaller but had seating, tvs, ping pong and dart board for entertainment. (Outside space would be great in nicer weather!) There is also a park with playground just a short walk away.It is an older house in an older neighborhood - this is not a judgement or complaint, just an observation. If you expect luxury then maybe it's not the house for you. If you want cleanliness, a friendly and responsive host, accommodations for a large group and located just a short drive from Nashville's highlights then this is the perfect house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and I would stay here again in the future! ##### Sara M. We had children with us from 7-17 years old and they were all able to keep themselves entertained and happy.
