It was easy to check, check out, and make special requests. The home is very large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the games and the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. The only complaint is that the home is dusty and smells like a dog lives there. The bottoms of my kids' socks were filthy from the floors! And we could tell that a pet was likely there prior to us, and the furniture wasn't vacuumed well before our visit. Otherwise, the property itself was good! We had a big group of family in 4 different units, so the courtyard was a very nice spot to gather. We didn't have any issue with parking.
