They had it stocked pretty good in the kitchen. The things that became issues were that i guess the fireplace is a non working fireplace which we were not aware of and it ended up being pretty cold and rainy and we weren't able to use it. The tv kept loosing connection and for the first two days we couldn't even use the tv. Also the coffee table looked like it was going to fall over so we couldn't really use that until they cam and fixed it which took a couple tries. We also had a pretty big leak in the master closet from the window which they never really fixed it just eventually stopped raining and we were able to dry up the water. Overall it was a very nice looking place but having the issues we had made it frustrating. It was exactly as described in the listing & the online photos were an accurate depiction. LOCATION: Located in a very quiet neighborhood. As a solo-traveling mother w/3 young children in tow, I felt very safe entering/exiting the home/surrounding area at all hours of the day & night. Our 1st time to Nashville- great location & close drive to all the places we wanted to go! ACCESS: Easy check-in process, as we arrived at almost midnight. I appreciated being able to use the attached garage, especially on our rainy days & when unloading groceries & luggage. General ‘welcome packet’ provided with Wifi password, 24/7 mgt contact info, etc. Communication was easy & they had quick response time. PROPERTY: The home was very clean, comfortable, relaxing, well-equipped, and generously appointed— I truly appreciate things like additional trash bags, dishwasher pods, washing machine detergent, & full-size shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in while traveling. Love that they provide two king size beds & all the bedding was soft, nice quality bedding—not cheapo amazon sheets most rentals use. ENTERTAINMENT: All the TV’s in the home were easy to operate & were a great size. TV’s located in living room and in the (2) bedrooms w/king size beds.
