Downtown attractions are only 15 to 20 minutes away. (Depending on the time of day!) The park is a close walk and a great place to walk your dog. We were in Nashville for our grandson's 1st birthday. Our son and family live nearby, in the Nations neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to spread out with multiple bedrooms and convenient bathrooms. We were very comfortable sleeping, bathing, eating, and hanging out watching TV. Our granddaughters enjoyed the playground at West Park, right across the street. We liked the cleanliness, and the location was pretty good - easy access to downtown and other places of interest. It was fairly well stocked with basic needs except for garbage bags and paper towels were a few short. Although we did it with no problem the 19 steps to get to each floor (3 floors) may be a problem for some people. Actually, good exercise for us all over 73 so we are not complaining. The units were beautiful with a lot of cute music city touches which added to the Nashville vibe. There were several places to eat and/or have drinks within a short distance in the Nations area. Broadway was about a 15mn drive away. Units had everything needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
