Ten of us came to town for a Bruins/Predators game and this house had plenty of space for our large group. Matt was probably the best host I’ve ever worked with. He was super friendly, funny, accommodating, easy to communicate and made us feel right at home. The house and décor are awesome and are perfectly Nashville. The set-up which has the bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors and the common areas on the 2nd is great. It allows you to congregate and hang out together but still have your private space. There are plenty of bathrooms for large groups. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had all the supplies needed to make meals. The area was quiet and safe. There are also several good eateries including a nice breakfast spot within walking distance. Downtown was just a short Uber/Lyft ride away, but far enough away that you could enjoy the quiet.
