You will only be 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville and within 6-7 blocks to Nashville dining staples. This cozy home will be the perfect hub for all of your Nashville plans whether you are in town for business or pleasure. The Space: ★Highlights★ You will feel right at home with cozy leather seating and rustic exposed beams. With loads of modern amenities, this catch is perfect for short trips or extended stays. ★Layout★ This guest cottage is located around the back of another home. However, there is a private entrance, which is accessed from the alley. The front door is right inside the privacy fence - an area that is great for outdoor relaxation! Complete with an electronic lock, you'll be able to check in at your leisure. Once you have arrived you can utilize everything that this studio offers, including a full kitchen, modern bathroom and a queen size bed. ★Parking★ There is room for 2 cars in the driveway off of the alley! ★Neighborhood★ Germantown is one of the most vibrant and best located neighborhoods in Nashville. A few blocks northwest of downtown, Germantown is lined with beautiful Victorian buildings and homes. Germantown is known for having some of the city’s best restaurants as well as shops, bars, and breweries. ★House Rules★ During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Guest Access: Guests will have 100% private access to the entire guest house and the attached patio area. The Neighborhood: You can\`t beat the location! Germantown is a local Nashville historic favorite, close to the Sounds brand new baseball stadium, Nashville Farmer\`s Market and only 5 minutes to all that downtown Nashville has to offer! You\`ll find tons of great places to visit for entertainment or to grab a bite to eat. Getting Around: You don\`t need a rental car here! You will be able to grab an Uber/Lyft and get to all of the Nashville hot spots with a short drive! If you\`re up to it - you can even walk less than a mile to a handful of great shops and restaurants! Because of that, it is VERY VERY cold in there. Especially that Nashville was is the 20s that weekend. The overhead heater is not powerful enough/aimed properly for that space. Nashville was our first visit. Everyone was so welcoming!. We saw Koe Wetzel at the Ascend. Great concert and a must see when he comes back into town! Johnny cash museum was wonderful. We called a cab to get back and forth to downtown, however was a bit pricey for less than a 10 minute drive. Maybe next time uber. The one thing we couldnt get working was the passcode etc. for the T.V Netflix, Hulu, we would have rather just had regular local stations or cable.
