Our stay was very enjoyable! Staff were helpful, room was clean, pool area was nice. Hotel is a bit dated but we weren’t looking for extravagance we wanted comfort and affordability which you get all around with this hotel. Would recommend and would stay again.

I booked this specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not functioning when we arrived. If I would’ve known, I would’ve booked somewhere else. When we checked in, our room smelled awful, there was brown crumbs all over the chair and after taking a shower, the water was standing in the tub. The front desk lady (who was nice) told us we couldn’t get a refund but could move rooms. I wasn’t super thrilled as this was nothing that was described or shown in pictures. I highly recommend booking another hotel.

The only thing that could be better is to have a few more options for breakfast like hard boiled eggs or something else. Otherwise very nice staff and clean facilities.

Overbooked our stay and was very rude about trying to make things right. Poop smeared on toilet when we got our room like it wasn’t cleaned. Small beetle bugs on the carpet. Hot tub was not working as well.

First the pool was not in service “until further notice”. Then the woman at the front desk was MISERABLE. Wasn’t hearing a thing and in the midst of her not listening she charged my card a “minimum $50 deposit for stepping on the property”. That $50 turned into $86. Mind you I had already purchased and booked through Expedia. The room smelled like a dirty moldy carpet. Expedia has “shuttle available” on the listing BUT the shuttle is through a 3rd party who doesn’t run until 9am. I’ve been calling to get a refund for the $86 and the phone keeps ringing, and the voicemail is full. Pay the extra few bucks to NOT stay here.

We booked this hotel because we want to use the pool and hot tub. But the day we got there they said it was not available because of problems. We were there for six nights and the pool and hot tub never worked. We asked for a discount, but they did not give it to us. We booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. The front desk staff was very rude most of the time. The breakfast was a disaster. Some days they were no knives, some days there were no yogurt, some days there was no hot water, some days there was always something missing. And if you asked for it they Were rude to you. No one also told us that there was no water in the rooms. If we wanted water, we had to buy it. But at the breakfast time we did have access to water. But after breakfast, you do not have access to the water because they turn off the machine. And when I asked for water again, they were rude and said it was off-limits. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. The faucet in the bathroom shower was half off. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

I had eaten a slice of pizza and went back for another. Found a roach crawling over it! Soooo nasty. Took my appetite My husband became paranoid and started searching the room for others. I think I should be reimbursed for the cost of the pizza The walls and floors are thin. So noisy. Pippes are loud also.

Be aware! Save your money and don’t stay here! We couldn’t sleep or shower. I pulled the beds and room apart. It was run down and the shower was dirty and looked clogged. The rooms maintenance is unkept. I don’t know how the property passes any type of inspection. As a former hospitality manager, I would’ve been embarrassed to have a guest stay at this property. When I checked in I wasn’t even asked for my drivers license. Safety and security is not a priority of this establishment. Spend an extra $60 and stay anywhere else, I was passing through and it was late otherwise I would’ve left but my kids were tired after being on the road for 13 hours.

My go too place to stay in Nashville on the west side. Very convent to downtown, Grand Ole Opry, the Nashville Palace for dancing and Opry Mills for shopping.

Showed up 2 hours after checking start having prepaid and they gave me a dirty room, then a second dirty room and finally after 15 minutes a clean room. Charged my card $50 for incidentals and $40 for my dog. No cups or ice container in room, refrigerator is luke warm and cold is hot and hot is cold in the shower. Just not up to what other Super 8 are.

we enjoyed our stay very much, we loved swimming in the pool the water was warm, no one was in it, the hot tub was just a bit warmer so my toddler was able to play in it on the bench and steps while i relaxed. the only negatives were, no hot breakfast and my pillow case looked like it had specs of dried blood on it. i let the desk person know when we checked out. we also enjoyed close by restaurants, we settled for waffle house which was disappointing.

The hotel was not that clean, neither was the pool. At first they put us in a room that was supposed to be closed for maintenance, there was no water and the TV didn't work. After we had to pack back up and move rooms, the room itself was not bad. But the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next room. The staff is not very friendly at all. When talking to them I felt like it was an inconvenience to them. I will not be going back

Mosy of thr ataff was friendly and accomodating except 1 lady. It was 7am and there was hardly anything left for breakfast saturday. They had bagels but were out of cream cheese.
