As others stated not enough towels. Guess it takes awhile for mgnt to know what that even means. No TV in 2 of the bedrooms. Nasty dirty pans, clogged uncleaned toilet, broken towel bar, cigar butt under one of the beds, dirty towels in one of the closets, cake left in the oven with a paper towel over it. No hand soap in the bathrooms, had to request some, shower dispensers empty. I could go on but you get the picture. I even had to request check in code 2 hrs before we arrived. Just too many "fails".
