Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city by foot. The 970 SF loft features 15ft ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king size bed and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. We offer a Smart TV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed Wi-Fi and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! The space is a true loft with an open layout - their is no door between the the bedroom and living room. Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well. Guest Access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay. Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. \*No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. There are a dishwasher and ice maker. There is NO DOOR between the bedroom and living room. Towels & linen are provided. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. The Gulch neighborhood is among the most dynamic in the city. Home to a variety of hospitality options, including that nationally celebrated restaurant Biscuit Love and the rooftop bar at the Thompson Nashville, the Gulch is a destination of its own to experience some of Nashville's unique culture. Getting around ON FOOT With so many options for dining and entertainment just steps away, you can get to most places by foot! Your unit will include a detailed map that shows the great places you can visit in just a few blocks. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option! TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! The location was great - close to shopping, wide range of restaurants, bars and cocktails. Largely walkable, but may want to Uber to Broadway or some of the other areas closer to downtown. The pullout sofa bed was broken when we arrived and was not able to be fixed while we were staying, however, an alternative was provided and a fair discount provided along with late check out and local coffee gift card. The host was friendly and understanding throughout the whole process and apologetic for the issue with the sofa bed. The loft was nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed to stay for a few nights. Thanks for the great stay! ##### Lyndsey T. I flew down with my 16-year-old son to visit Vanderbilt so we were clearly looking for a place that was safe and in a good area. This place far exceeded my expectations! I would’ve been so miserable at a hotel that would’ve been twice as expensive! This place felt like we were home even though we were away. It literally was exactly but even better than was described on Vrbo. The location was actually the best bonus of it all located right in the middle of the Gulch area. We walked to 404 kitchen for dinner, Kayne steak house and biscuit love and Killebrew coffee for breakfast. We walked everywhere ! We took the scooters to 12 south neighborhood bc that was too far to walk. The apartment was a perfect size and it had everything!! They even leave you pods for the washer and dryer and coffee!! The place coukdnt have been cleaner and the communication was spot on from easy check in to them sending emails to check in with us. I hope my son gets into Vanderbilt so we can come back. The loft seemed to be well sound-proofed, made for better sleep! Because it’s an exposed industrial-feel loft, you can really hear the AC running but I found it to be a nice white noise for sleep. If that’s a bother to some, just bring ear plugs. Lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance, definitely try the gumbo place right downstairs. Unfortunately a constant whistling noise never stopped during our entire stay and was very loud in the bedroom. In addition I recommend purchasing a new mattress. Accommodating hosts We loved our three nights and four days in this spot! Walkable to everything & tons of food/bars a quick walk away. It’s unusual to find a space like this with two bathrooms and with multiple ladies it was so nice to be able to get ready in different places! It was a close walk to many of the shops and Starbucks is located across the street. It felt safe and secure for us. We will definitely be back! ##### Kendelle P. All details listed were accurate. Sofa couch was not at all comfortable but the king size bed was great. Hosts communicated very well with any questions we had. The need to return to the lot each day to extend and pay for parking was the only cumbersome thing that happened. I didn't like stopping what we were doing to get back there in time for it. We were on a tour so we were an hour late returning one day and received a $50 violation but I called the parking company and they did waive it. But it did cause anxiety until then.
