Good location
I thought the property was well kept and nice. Beds were comfortable. Communication with manager was great. Fire sirens were loud and inconvenient but didn’t stop me from sleeping. Check in was easy. Over all was a good place to stay and would book again. Only a few negatives were there wasn’t a plunger lol it was needed and we couldn’t find one.. and we didn’t even check out and when we got back the morning of check out the cleaning ladies were there already. Was only 10 am

Great getaway!

Wonderful stay and close wall to downtown!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and the decor was lovely. There were so many things inside that aren’t offered at a lot of places now (they had toilet paper, sheets, laundry pods, etc). The beds were VERY comfortable and the location was amazing. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was about a ten minute walk to downtown. We did not have to drive or Uber all weekend and felt safe the entire time. I would definitely return!

We liked the walkability and parking access was easy. The fire station is right next door and we had a few complaints about the noise, but understand that is necessary with the locations. There was quite a bit of lint around everywhere inside and we didn’t know if it was from the couch or floor. Overall, great place! Highly reccomend.

This condo was perfect for our girls trip of 4. It was clean and the hosts were very informative and responsive. It was walkable to Broadway, although the walk home is a bit up hill! We felt very safe and would recommend this unit!

Perfect Spot for our Nashville trip!
Girls weekend getaway and this was the perfect place for us!! Everything was great. Plenty of everything we needed, with cozy beds, and great location for us. Close to everything we wanted to visit, and the host was very communicative. We had no issues at all - check-in and check-out was easy and smooth, and the host even provided a list of great spots to visit which we definitely utilized. I read some previous reviews regarding sirens from fire station but we were never bothered at all with any loud sounds. We'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Close to Broadway, comfy and cozy!
We loved staying at this property! The walk to Broadway was short and very simple. We loved that there was a gated portion to park our vehicle in. Prior to booking, we read comments about the fire station being across the street, it was not loud and did not bother us at all. The couch has a pullout bed that is comfortable. The beds in the room are very comfy! We had a wonderful stay and would love to book here again the future!

Great location, easy walk to Broadway and The Listening Room (highly recommended). The place was adorable, had everything we needed and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in away from home, even better than my bed at home. From booking to checking out everything was great! Exactly what you see on line with more! Many little extras that made our stay even better. Yes, we did hear the fire trucks often but we are not light sleepers especially after enjoying the walkable night life. Our host was wonderful and provided clear instructions on check in etc. Unfortunately when I tried to respond to her messages checking on us, VRBO was experiencing issues so I could not respond!!! Not her fault. We will stay again and recommend this condo to friends and family!

This condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained and clean! One of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. Loved the location - half mile from Broadway and close to coffee shops, restaurants and other music venues. Will definitely use again when we come to Nashville.
