We absolutely loved it!! It is very well-appointed and super comfortable. The Mercantile is in the quaint downtown area, right above a coffee shop (wonderful vibe) with several conveniences nearby (Walmart, local grocery store, and several restaurant options). We tried Mi Rancho Mexican across the street, it was reasonably priced and delicious. Overarchingly, Amanda is a great host- readily available if anything is needed, but non-intrusive. Actually, the studio apt was so cozy, our college student aimed to hang out with us at the apt as much as her schedule allowed: win-win! It was a clean property with everything you could need for a stay away from home. The owner was very quick to respond and was attentive. The cost of our weekends rent was an amazing price for the quality of the property that we were given. I think it's time for a new mattress though, we actually left a day early because my husband couldn't handle sleeping on it again. The door lock thru the phone app did not want to work on the outside door it kept giving a jammed error. I was always worried we would come in late and not be able to get in.
