It was a clean property with everything you could need for a stay away from home. The owner was very quick to respond and was attentive. We absolutely loved it!! It is very well-appointed and super comfortable. The Mercantile is in the quaint downtown area, right above a coffee shop (wonderful vibe) with several conveniences nearby (Walmart, local grocery store, and several restaurant options). We tried Mi Rancho Mexican across the street, it was reasonably priced and delicious. Overarchingly, Amanda is a great host- readily available if anything is needed, but non-intrusive. Actually, the studio apt was so cozy, our college student aimed to hang out with us at the apt as much as her schedule allowed: win-win! It was an easy 25-30 min drive to Nashville; we will definitely stay again when in town. Thanks, Amanda, for sharing this wonderful studio apt, we will be back! ##### Sheri D.
