Pas un endroit pour des couples
Nous avons séjourné pendant quatre nuits à l’hôtel, et à tous les jours lorsque nous voulions profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse lors de notre retour du centre-ville, ces deux installations étaient bondées de gens en groupe (15 personnes et plus) qui prenaient carrément le contrôle de la place, qui se faisaient de la nourriture sur les barbecues extérieurs, ce qui devenait très désagréable à cause de la fumée et du bruit. À toutes les fois, on s’est sentis comme si on dérangeait un party privé! Et le soir, ces mêmes groupes envahissaient le lobby pour y passer la soirée bruyamment! Également, l’hôtel est entouré d’hôpitaux et cliniques médicales, avec aucun autres services pour tourismes….bref, bel hotel assez récent, mais vraiment un hôtel plus fait pour les groupes (sportifs et autres) que pour les couples!

When we first got there, we were given a room that already had people in it. No big deal. Easily fixed. Only complaint was breakfast. Ran out of eggs and fresh fruit an hour before breakfast was over. On other days, eggs were always cold. Leah at the bar was marvelous!

Stay was fine until the surprise parking fee that we were never told about. Would have even been fine if they would have mentioned the fee when we checked in and they charged the hold for the "incidentals." Called to inquire and was advised by the receiptionst that its on their website. I told her we booked through Expedia and that was not on our reservation info. She argued then said she would get me to the manager but she disconnected.

Nice Stay! Staff were very nice and friendly! The Breakfast options were very nice compared to the usual continental breakfast options! Hotel was clean and quiet! No complaints.

Decent hotel but far away from everything and no shuttle service but two are parked onsite. A/c is very noisy and 2 rooms had broken a/c units when we stayed as a group.

We do offer private shuttle service for rental; the primary use is for medical as we are in the medical district, and not downtown. If you have any interest in renting the shuttle in the future we would absolutely work with you through our sales department for your next group visit to Nashville!

We stayed there over spring break a month ago, paid through Expedia. Four days after we checked out we had 2 charges from the hotel, not Expedia. Called to get it resolved and they told me the charges were supposed to go to Expedia, not my card. They apologized and told me they had initiated refunds for both. One refund has been posted. I’ve called multiple times a week for the last few weeks about the second charge and the manager refuses to call me back. I filed a complaint with guest services and still nothing. Now I’m seeing other reviews complaining of similar experiences.

It's a very clean property . Parking is super nice and convenient. The door in room 204 that separates the 2 rooms has split framing. It makes a lot of noise..The breakfast buffet was very good. Big improvement from the last we were there 2 weeks ago.

Except central location. Great parking. Good size room. What I didn’t like is having security deposit holds for the wrong amount charge to my card. The security deposit was $50 since the room was prepaid for via Expedia. Yet, they held $280 and $339.00 very random amounts and then said whoever checked us in didn’t enter properly but, the holds should drop off. Please check your account when staying here because I feel like that’s questionable and shouldn’t be happening.

Spacious and beautiful room, BUT, there is no way to stop or adjust the thermostat! It was so loud, all throughout the night. When I called the guest services, I was told it is controlled by IHG and it cannot be changed and they knew about the problems since there were other complaints in the past. Also, it would have been nice to have a bar in the shower where one can hold themselves so they don’t slip. The breakfast was very basic, but ok.

The Staybridge Suites is always a nice stay, especially with children. There is enough room that we aren't right on top of each other. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed during posted open hours, but things happen. There was a fly in our room and an old Takis bag in one of the cabinets, but the fly probably just followed us in. The only thing I didn't check before booking was what was around the hotel. Hospital noise and traffic were downsides to the stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I liked that they had a shuttle available for short trips. It was not always available, but it was more than not and it was a big asset. Loved the property and the rooms, the breakfast was really good as was the breakfast staff, and majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This property overall was very nice! We had booked a king studio suite that included a couch/ sofa bed. We did not receive a room with the couch. The main reason we picked the hotel was for that. I told the front desk & they said since we booked through Expedia he couldn’t change it. I looked at Expedia reservations & it showed I booked with a sofa room! .our dog enjoys the sofa.too ! I told him & he just said sorry for the inconvenience. Other than that it was a nice stay!
