Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more! With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $75 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. There is zero privacy in this unit unless you are in the bathroom and even that is questionable. Pillows leave a lot to be desired and there are no headboards. The doors are giant, heavy sliding doors that don’t close all the way and be prepared to break all of your fingernails closing them. The walls in the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling. The couch turned into a bed but there was no other furniture to sit on in the family room. No TV in the master bedroom so you couldn’t even lay in there to watch TV. The shower curtain was constantly falling off during our stay. The dishwasher felt like it was made out of plastic and the kitchen table and chairs were metal. No creature comforts whatsoever. If you are a group of 20 somethings I am sure it would be perfect but this is not a good place for families and we will not be staying there again. ##### Jen M. Only a couple blocks from downtown and close to so many great places! We didn’t get to try the burrito place literally attached to the lobby but we heard it was phenomenal and Subway is right in the lobby too if you need a quick place to grab something. The property was conveniently located and garage parking is available nearby. It was clean and comfortable. I did see some comments about storage; it wasn’t an impact to a group of 4 but I could see how it could be more of a challenge for a larger party. We had six staying in the property and were still very comfortable. The onle issue with Six staying there was a lack of seating for meals at the location.
