We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. For a complete list of our properties, including those available on VRBO/Expedia, simply click on the Host Tab to explore more options for your stay. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more! With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PS they also offer a grocery shopping service for stocking the refrigerator prior to your arrival! We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Daily parking is available near the loft starting around $30 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events taking place in the downtown area. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information.. LINENS & SUCH The ​property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and ​S​avi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. Can't beat the location! No problem with checking in or leaving - very detailed instructions. Parking garage across the street. Would stay again. Couple of items for those looking that did not distract from our stay. First, don't expect a view - it's the parking lot. Secondly, the bedroom walls do not go to the ceiling thus limiting privacy. The space is roomy and sunny, immaculately clean, and very quiet, even at night. We were walking distance to several hot spots, museums, and restaurants. Just down the street one of our favorite rooftops at the Bobby Hotel and a couple blocks from our favorite Honky Tonk Morgan Wallen's This Bar. My only problem was it was a little too close to a very loud bar located on the ground floor below our 3rd floor unit. Thankfully, by 2 a.m. it quietened down. Also, the open ceiling concept limited any privacy among bedrooms and bathrooms. ##### Catherine C. Access was restricted to residents and guests so it felt very safe. There was a small grocery store around the corner.The unit had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. Just a hop, skip and jump to all the night AND day life. Close enough to shop, drop off bags and go back out. No need for an Uber anywhere. We liked the single beds because we weren’t couples. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from Broadway, and right around the corner from printers Alley. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had a couple minor issues that were corrected immediately. Our only concern was the weakness of the Internet connection. It made accessing apps on the television, difficult, and streaming was almost impossible. The other thing to know was that the walls in the bedrooms do not reach the ceiling, so privacy is limited. Aside from those two things, the property was very clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this to others. ##### Jeanne K.
