### Relaxing 2 BD/2.5 BA Nash Home
Summary:
This 2 BR/2.5 BA house located in East Nashville is a place to feel refreshed and refreshed. The entire interior has been newly furnished and decorated, so it truly feels like a new space. We are in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are upstairs. The home is 1.4 miles to hip/quaint Riverside Village, 3 miles to the heart of East Nashville's Five Points, where you will find all of the best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and venues. Uber or Lyft anywhere from our location: Broadway: 4.6 miles, Grand Ole Opry: 6.4 miles, BNA, 11.8 miles, Music Row: 8.8 miles
The Space:
A modern, 1284 square foot, two level townhome. Great neighbors and neighborhood.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed w/en suite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2\. Queen sized bed w/en suite full bathroom.
Main Level:
Living Room: Queen sized pull out sofa.
Spacious open kitchen and living room.
Exterior surveillance cameras, and everything else you need for your stay!
LUGGAGE DROP OFF NOT ALLOWED:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
How to Reserve an Early Check In or Late Check Out:
An Early Check-In (ECI) or Late Check-Out (LCO) must be pre-arranged prior to check in. Please reach out via the booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, Direct) to inquire if this is available (for a fee).
In order to provide an ECI, we block the night before your arrival, and charge 1/2 that night's fee, so the property is available for check in at 8am on the day of your arrival.
In order to provide an LCO, we block the night of your departure, and charge 1/2 that night's fee, so the property is available until 5pm on the day of your departure.

Guest Access:
Keyless entry means easy check-in! We don't have to wait on each other to coordinate that, I'll simply provide you your code and you can check-in any time after 4pm on check-in day.
The Neighborhood:
Really great and safe part of East Nashville! Minutes from a grocery store, walking distance to a bank, minutes from Riverside Village where you'll have the best sandwich you've ever had at Mitchell's Deli. There's a really cool record shop there, a neat bar with all sorts of games and the best Moscow Mules (and delicious beer) called Village Pub and Beer Garden, and so much more.
Getting Around:
Renting a car is highly recommended if you're wanting to venture out in different areas of Nashville. For going out at night and having a little (or a lot) of fun, use Lyft and/or Uber. I have referral codes for first time users to get some free rides!

\*\* While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
\*\*Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $105\. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
\*NO GLITTER. If found through the house, it will result in withholding your deposit. Additionally, please take down all decorations (if you bring them) and any tape used.

Great location for good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had all of the comforts of home. It was a fantastic place to stay and if we are in Nashville again, we plan to book the same place. Our host was the best! I had to contact him and he responded immediately, and I was grateful! The home was beautiful, we were not satisfied with the plumbing. It was my 1st visit to Nashville and my 60th birthday weekend. I didn't want to possible mess the home up with water going every where so showers were short and toilet not flushed so often. We were meeting other guess out on Saturday and no one would tell us exactly what time they could arrive to fix the problem, we finally had to leave to meet the other and still unsure if anyone came.

My husband & I along with another couple wanted a relaxing weekend getaway to Nashville, Tennessee. The unit location was superb, close to all attractions including 20 min ride to broadway. The unit was clean and the whole renting, check in process was a breeze. Host was excellent with communication as well. We would like to know where the bed pillows were purchased though? Thanks for a memorable getaway

We rented this come since it was one block from our son’s home. We spent a week here. Communication with the owner was easy and he kept us informed. Upon arrival the home was clean and inviting. It is well equipped if you decided to stay and cook. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. My only issues was the back bedroom backs up to the main road and you here the motorcycles, semi’s and firetrucks all night long. I sleep with a sleep app and it could not drown it out. The second night I noticed a box fan in the closet, I turned it on high and noise problem solved. We will definitely stay again!!

We were in town for a weekend event downtown. The condo is better than advertised! The place is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and a teenager. The condo is located an easy drive to most of the major attractions. Communication with owner/manager was simple. Highly recommend and look forward to a future stay when we get back to Music City!

#### Ideal stay
My husband, daughter and I came to Nashville for a family event. East Nashville is amazing. The condo perfectly fit our needs. Clean, and spacious with good instructions from host.

#### Great location to all things Nashville
There are many neighborhoods that we like to visit while in Nashville & staying at this townhome in Englewood was a great location for us. Easy to find by ride sharing services & just a quick ride to downtown, east Nash or 12 south. Townhome was clean, check in was easy, good communication from the hosts. We’ll see if it’s available for our next trip too!

#### great stay!
We were in Nashville for a long week end. Loved the condo - really cute and clean. Comfortable beds, 10 minute uber ride to many attractions and we were able to walk to the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you !
