The entire interior has been newly furnished and decorated, so it truly feels like a new space. We are in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are upstairs. The home is 1.4 miles to hip/quaint Riverside Village, 3 miles to the heart of East Nashville's Five Points, where you will find all of the best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and venues. Uber or Lyft anywhere from our location: Broadway: 4.6 miles, Grand Ole Opry: 6.4 miles, BNA, 11.8 miles, Music Row: 8.8 miles The Space: A modern, 1284 square foot, two level townhome. Great neighbors and neighborhood. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: King sized bed w/en suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2\. Queen sized bed w/en suite full bathroom. Main Level: Living Room: Queen sized pull out sofa. Spacious open kitchen and living room. Exterior surveillance cameras, and everything else you need for your stay! LUGGAGE DROP OFF NOT ALLOWED: While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. Getting Around: Renting a car is highly recommended if you're wanting to venture out in different areas of Nashville. For going out at night and having a little (or a lot) of fun, use Lyft and/or Uber. We rented this come since it was one block from our son’s home. We spent a week here. Communication with the owner was easy and he kept us informed. Upon arrival the home was clean and inviting. It is well equipped if you decided to stay and cook. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. My only issues was the back bedroom backs up to the main road and you here the motorcycles, semi’s and firetrucks all night long. I sleep with a sleep app and it could not drown it out. We were close enough to Broadway and the Gulch to make the commute easy for ‘out-of-towners’. It was priced right verse staying downtown at a hotel.
