It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, laundery soap, dish detergent, hand soap, towels, sheets, etc.. All we needed to do was go grocery shopping. We loved how fully stocked everything was, from K cups to plenty of towels, it made her stay very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable, except the pull out in the front room, that is in need of an upgraded mattress. The host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a hiccup with one of the bathrooms not having hot water and although it was an inconvenience they were on top of trying to fix it and did discount us some.
