Definitely noisy late at night being so close to broadway. Didn’t bother us, but if you need total quiet to sleep you’re in trouble. No onsite parking — there’s a ramp a block away for 42 bucks a day. And the large windows facing the street were pretty dirty on the outside. Oh… the pullout bed is NOT comfortable. We never did find out what to do with it.
