Modest and simple units only 1 mile or less from some of the best of Music City's gems. • 1 mile from downtown Broadway • 1 mile from the Gulch • 1/2 mile from the Midtown • Free Parking (1 car with overflow parking available) • Free WiFi/Cable • Well-Equipped kitchen • Washer & Dryer on-site & free • Step's away from Jack's BBQ (YUM) • Check in at 4 pm // Check out at 10 am The Space Each apartment of McMillin Court is 500 Sq feet with two small bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with a tub. The space sleeps 4 comfortably however can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils as well as a Keurig to give you a jump start before exploring the city. Free WiFi, cable, as well as on-site laundry and an ice machine are on premises. Outside the apartment, McMillin offers a smoke-free courtyard with a small fountain and shared porch seating. Loading and unloading of vehicles is permitted in front of McMillin Court with convenient parking adjacent to the property for each unit and there is additional parking across the street. Conveniently located, McMillin Court is just 500 feet west of interstate I-65 North and I-40 West. The unit is close to hospitals such as TriStar Medical and Vanderbilt as well as right by the Universities Vanderbilt and Tennessee State! Tucked neatly behind Jack Cawthon's Bar-B-Que on Charlotte Avenue, and just minutes from downtown - you will find this location suites all your needs! Guest Access Guests will have access to the unit via a unique access code. There is shared access to the onsite laundry room, the smoke-free courtyard area, the onsite free parking, as well as the designated smoking area outside the courtyard gates. Guest Interaction We let our guests have their space but if needed, our team is local and available to help! If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you. Inside the property, you'll find a helpful booklet with our contact info, helpful info about the property, and places to check out in the area. Other Things To Note → This unit is on the first floor of the complex. The Neighborhood The Midtown area is known for its restaurants & nightlife. Here you'll find places like Tavern, Losers, Winners, Kung Fu Saloon, The Patterson House, Clyde's, Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Broadway Brewhouse, and the list goes on! The biggest problem you will have is deciding where to go first. You'll then of course only be one mile from downtown Broadway which has all of the live music & honky tonks your heart desires. Nearby find TriStar Medical, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park/Parthenon, West End restaurants and midtown & demonbreun hill bar scene, Belle Meade Plantation, Marathon Village/Antique Archaeology, The Gulch, Downtown YMCA, historical Ryman, Lower Broadway Jack's Bar-B-Que, Honky Tonks, Printer's Alley and much more (Just a 5 minute Lyft ride away). Getting Around ON FOOT Jack Cawthon's Bar-B-Que is next door, Burger King, Subway, and Walgreens. The Midtown hot spots & Broadway will both be about a mile walk away. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option! TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! Neighborhood was good, like your typical city neighborhoods. The property was clean, the unit pretty much was just a place to chill and sleep. Has small kitchen but won't need it because Nashville offers amazing food!! The unit itself could use an upgrade here & there. But all you need is sleep because broadway is footsteps away(or a 20 min walk, 4 min drive, 8 minute scooter ride) you won't be disappointed! And the communication was amazing! We had 4 adults (2 couples) and the set up was perfect. There was also a pull out couch that we didn’t need. We were constantly on the go. I loved that the entire property is gated in and there is a little private courtyard out front. We were contacted as soon as we were able to check in, which was earlier than the time we were initially given! We had one problem with the key code and it was instantly fixed! Overall a great place to stay and much more affordable than any other places I could find. ##### sam m. Good price but very basic and cookie cutter. Booked with the idea of being able to walk everywhere but found the walk to be a little to far so ended up using uber which wasn't terribly priced. Clean, comfy beds. Clean bathroom. Plenty of kitchen accessories. Just overall very nice. Perfect location - we visited Broadway and it was about 5 min Uber ride from the condo. This location is close to downtown and anywhere you’d want to go. The space was very clean, the shower was nice, and the beds were comfy (my must haves!) The beds were comfortable and the pillows were decent. We used the kitchen for making breakfast which was great to start the day. I would suggest providing a mixing bowl though for scrambled eggs...
