Hallway carpets were wet and disgusting and need to be replaced. Well stocked kitchen. Pool was clean. Attention to detail needed with grout in tub - mold in grout and curtain. Couch is worn. The welcome wine bottle and card was very nice. It was clean and the extra requested items( sheets and towels) were there. The unit needs attention to refreshing the paint on the walls and there was a strange smell upon entering the unit. Perhaps providing a Lysol spray could help too? Or adding a scent option. The laundry detergent wasn’t provided as described upon booking. The bathtub needs immediate attention as the water doesn’t drain properly and you are left standing on a pool of water and it can be very dangerous as it gets super slippery. The garbage Shute is not equipped to handle all the units as there were rows of garbage bags on the floor next to it. At check-in the property was clean; however through out the stay the garbage piled up and no cleaning staff on site. The pool was not maintained and very dirty. Was a perfect location, short ride to Broadway. Fully equipped kitchen was very handy. The apartment did have a very strong animal smell as if their was pets there before, the smell did not go away throughout our stay. Check out was 10am which is very early after a night out in Nashville. Would be nice if they can change it to 11 or offer late check out. We arrived early and had nowhere to store our bags, we found out that there is a luggage holding service nearby that held our bags for us, wish we would have known that before! ##### Shayna H.
