The living room couch converts into a full-sized bed. The house is accessible via steps leading to the front door. The backyard is fully fenced, making it ideal for pets. The home also includes a combination washer and dryer unit. Parking is available in the driveway for one vehicle, with additional free street parking available. Guests will have access to the entire home. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group. Nestled in the vibrant and eclectic neighborhood of Hope Gardens, this location offers the perfect blend of tranquility and urban convenience. We don't recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" in Nashville. It was a short Uber ride to all the hot spots. Based on what we were told by the locals, you probably wouldn’t want to walk around at night.
