We are conveniently located near downtown Nashville. Minutes away from Broadway st and lots of fun!. Our unit offers a relaxed and peaceful place along with a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, keurig, washer & dryer, free wifi internet and much more! Bedroom #1- Queen Bedroom #2- 2 Queens This neighborhood is a mixture of new property development and urban living. It\`s not much of a sight to see but it\`s safe and many guests enjoy walking to and from downtown Nashville from this unit. We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150 1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding. 2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property. 3 - Damage to any items or the property itself. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy.
