This centrally-located, 3 bed/3.5 bath home includes an entertainer’s rooftop with amazing city views, a functional garage living space with pool table, and all of the amenities you need for memorable weekend getaway. Located less than 2 miles to downtown and historic Broadway St, this home’s prime location is a short and cheap Uber ride to all of the premier honky-tonks, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. \*\*This is a 3-level townhome with rooftop, there are stairs\*\* FLOORPLAN FIRST FLOOR: 1 queen bedroom with bathroom (shower only); finished floor garage with seating and large Roku TV. SECOND FLOOR: 2 queen sleeper sofas, half bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate living spaces perfect entertaining and socializing, large screen Roku TV THIRD FLOOR: master bedroom with 2 full-over-full bunks (sleeps up to 8!), bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower, and oversized walk-in closet; second bedroom with 2 twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4), bathroom with shower/tub combo; laundry closet located on this floor as well ROOFTOP: An entertainer’s dream! The property was clean, well-organized and equipped. We only had 4 in our party, but the home can accommodate large groups. Home is located close to downtown with easy access to the interstate. Home has a lot of steps, but does have a bedroom on bottom level (entry level). I would recommend this home to family and friends. ##### Aaron J. Close Uber ride away to all main areas. Roof top patio was great for enjoying a meal to play a couple games; downstairs garage also had a pool table and other items to enjoy indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate. I also like the small things like coffee pods, spices and shower gel in the bathrooms. I wish we could have parked in the garage but then it wouldn't have the games.
