You'll have the whole house to yourself! You will receive a keyless door code to the property prior to your check in via the welcome letter we send in the Inbox. There is one free off-street parking spot behind the property as well as free street parking in front of the home. This area is highly walkable though, and Ubers are readily available.   
  
We do not supply propane for the grill or the fire pit. There may be some leftover from a previous guest. If not, you can grab one from a nearby grocery store.  
  
\*\*This property requires a refundable damage deposit (assuming no damage) prior to your stay. This will be collected by the host directly, separate of this platform.  
No Locals are allowed to book (including anyone with a local phone number).  
  
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

The home was beautiful - just as pictured in the listing! We had everything we needed - bedding, plenty of towels, kitchen basics, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash for the shower. Everything was clean and easy to access, and the host was very responsive. Location is excellent - just a short walk to 12 South with tons of food and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed townhome. It was perfect for a girls trip. The location was amazaing we could walk to 12 South and enjoy all the shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Broadway, Ryman, Country Music Hall of fame, and Opryland are super close so Ubers were not expensive. Be mindful you will have to carry luggage up two to three flights to the bedrooms and no bath on the main floor either. We were not there much so the stairs did not ruin or alter our time at the townhome. Appreciated the coffee available each morning before we headed out. Communciation was great when we had questions. Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you for a fabulous get away.
