The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or service interruptions that may occur during your stay. Guest Requirements & Screening: The guest who books the reservation must be at least 23 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund. This property offers self-check-in. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. Security Deposit & Violations: A $350 pre-check-in security deposit may be required to cover incidentals or damages. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no violations or issues occur. A minimum fee of $350 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. House Rules: \-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. \-Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. \-Pets are not allowed. \-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second -complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. \-All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. \-Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. \-Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. \-Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. \-No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. \-Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. \-AC Requirement: The AC must be set to 70°F or higher at all times. Setting it lower can cause the system to freeze and stop working. The AC unit in the garage must be turned off when not in use. Maintenance, Safety & Access: Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by the unique design, creativity in every details and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The rooftop hot tub was fantastic! Imagine soaking in a perfectly warm, bubbling oasis while taking in the beautiful views. It was the ultimate spot to relax, especially in the evening when the city lights come alive around you. This was the highlight of our stay, adding such a luxurious touch to the experience. The location is fantastic as well – close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away just enough to feel like a private retreat. The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from start to finish.
