Was clean and very nice inside. Well maintained over all but the outside roof area could use some updating. View is not quite as advertised as an apartment building has been built in the middle of the view of Nashville shown on VRBO. Overall a good experience.

The property was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy; great communication with the Property managers and not too far from all the action on Broadway (about a 10-20 minute Uber drive depending on time of day and traffic. Loved the cafe "Shugga Hi" across the street; super cute with great food, service and of course...music!

Beds were super comfortable. Roof top deck was definitely a plus- we sat outside every night and played cards!! Very short trip to Broadway! Very convenient that there is a Dollar General across the street! Coffee pods were even provided!! Definitely would recommend!

We had a great stay here, it was just a smidge further from south broadway than we anticipated but was really fine with Uber/lyft and those weren’t pricey rides from here and quick rides. Condo was very clean, well kept, and quiet. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop deck would have been a great plus if it didn’t rain on this trip… If you choose to stay here you won’t be disappointed!

#### Weekend Nash Getaway 

The condo was easy to access, very neat and clean on arrival. Everything regarding the interior space was depicted well and we enjoyed the space very much. The proximity and access to downtown was good but the nearby area was less than desirable. The communications were timely. A very thoughtful binder with local information was provided which was very informative and also detailed instructions on checkout procedures was helpful! We loved our visit and can’t wait to return to Nashville for another weekend vacation!

#### Cleveland Park

Overall nice accommodations. Neighborhood was questionable for early morning walks and easy access to coffee shops. There’s a bit of traffic outside the second bedroom window, but it dies down after 10pm. The rooftop patio was a nice place to hang.

It was great. There’s three levels of stairs and we walked ALOT so be prepared for stairs and walking. Drinks can get a little pricey downtown. Overall a great trip and the condo was clean and spacious. Great for two couples or a couple with older kids.

#### Convenient location

Great little condo. Very clean. Bring a sound machine if you stay in the front bedroom. Property literally on a very busy road and we were kept up many a night. Need more dish towels

#### Great Location for Downtown Commute

The location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, and that's why we selected this property. The property was clean and as advertised. The local area is not the best, but we didn't have any problems with crime while we were there. A full length mirror would be a great addition to the property, but overall we would definitely stay here again. Also, it's a serious bummer that you can't check-in even one minute before time, even if the property is sitting empty. The lock is on a timer and that was pretty annoying, but the ad did say this was the case.

#### Great Place

This was a great place to stay. About a 5 to 7 min drive to Broadway. It was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot, so you didn't have to worry when you got back late. Roof top sitting area was nice. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The ease of check out was fantastic. I would totally stay here again. If I had to list and cons it would be the view of downtown is obstructed by a new big building. Which is not really a con and during check in the instructions were wrong. it said to push the star key not the check mark. I had to call the manager of the property. He was so understanding and nice and we fixed the problem right away. After that we had no issues at all. I just wish we had more time in Nashville!

#### Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. Short Uber to downtown nightlife. Easy to travel by car to shop or anything else. The check in code did not work. That took a little bit to get figured out. 2nd time it did not work and was completely my fault. One number off. The unit was beautiful. There needs to be coverings on the upper windows in the bedrooms. Noise level was high on the street side. And it rained quite a bit last night and water came inside the front door. Overall I enjoyed our stay very much! Would like to see window coverings next time otherwise it would not be ideal to stay there. Waking up at sunrise every day was tough.

#### Adequate condo

The condo worked for us - suited to 2 adult couples. Loved the style of it online yet in person it’s a little run down. Sofa is very uncomfortable - cushions collapsed into the frame. Dishwasher rack was broken off the track. The ironing board were broken beyond use. The condo overall could use a thorough cleaning. Yet, the king bed was very comfortable & sheets were clean. Plenty of extra pillows & blankets. There were previous comments about the location/neighborhood but we didn’t mind it at all. After the 4th fireworks it was very quite & easy to get any where we needed. Also you can see the downtown fireworks from the street sidewalk. Suggestions - add a full length mirror somewhere & towel hooks in the master bath. Also, not a fan of the square toilets.
