Oude caravan die muf ruikt. Geen airco in 1 van de slaapkamers. Lekkende kranen, gat in de muur van de badkamer, kapotte plinten overal. Geen wifi tenzij je plat tegen het raam staat op het trapje. Waterdruk te weinig voor het douchen. Eigenaar neemt de klachten niet serieus.

We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay, the camper is clean and had a nice view of the woods. The pond is across the street and down the hill, with a cute swing, and a nice spot to fish. The owners we're fun, and inviting. We would totally hang out with them again!

Softball tournament.

Me and my 2 daughters stayed here for the week while my oldest played in a softball tournament. I have had a camper set in a permanent spot and sold it due to softball, so I enjoy the camper lifestyle. The camper was set in the perfect spot on the farm with it shaded for the majority of the day which helped kept it nice and cool whenever we arrived back to relax. I was able to walk about 75 feet every morning to sit on a little landscape wall and drink my coffee and see the beautiful sunrise. We did see six horses just grazing in the field which my girls loved. The place was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. And for the money you can't go wrong. Especially for what our other team members where paying to stay. We was less than 45 minutes from Broadway St.

Great value

Great experience at a great price and the owner was very responsive to messages. The only feedback I could think to give is that one of the rooms I guess extends or opens to the outdoors (not sure because I’m not familiar with operating a camper) but it wasn’t properly shut. I found quite a few wasps in that bedroom due to that issue. Otherwise things were perfect.

Camper is RIGHT next to owners house. Not at all like pictures. Heater didnt work. Second bed is in garage like part of camper and feels garage like. Firepit area is right next to owners house and is very cluttered with there cars parked close by.

Country setting

It was not sitting as noted in the pictures, I understand because of mud but that was a long time ago, it’s very dry there now. It wasn’t stabilized well, it shook if we moved. Otherwise things were good, nice n clean , could have better towels and no dish towels. We enjoyed it. Thank you

Do you like camping?

This is not a farm and it is not romantic staying in the RV, unless you like camping. The property is serene, the woods alive with wild flowers. We saw families of deer and turkey. But the RV needs updating, the king size bed is a pad on a piece of plywood. The sheets, pillows and towels need to be updated, the dishes and silver (1 fork, 1 T spoon and 2 butter knives) need...updating...on the upside? the air in the RV is nice and cold, the TV works if you take your Netflix (etc) passwords, the unit itself was clean. The hosts are on property and even gave me veggies from their garden, which I loved...it was an interesting experience, but...not what we expected from the pictures, description.

Nice Camper

The property was beautiful! We stayed during the week of July 4th. Property owner was still operating his business, so there was a bit of traffic past the camper that woke us up a few times, but nothing too ridiculous. If I had one complaint it would be the thin mattresses, but we have a camper as well so we knew this was a possibility. We remedied this by investing in an air mattress. Communication with the property owner was great, and I would recommend the property to friends.

Perfect for Our NASCAR Weeken

We were not at the property much. It was as described- a camper with 2 beds and a bath. We knew we were basically needing a place to sleep! We were in a nice location and I don’t even think we ever locked the doors to our vehicle or the camper if that helps describe how safe we felt. When we needed Clay, he got right back with us. They even said we could check in as early as 12 and that was great! Also- a plug for downtown Lebanon. Theres two local restaurants right in the square that was phenomenal! Thanks Clay for a nice place to stay that didn’t cost an arm and a leg!

Quite Time in the Country

This was our first trip staying in a RV, and the kids had a great time. The driveway is nice and long so we would let the kids out to run the driveway back to the camper they thought that was great. One of the nights the Fire Flies were all around, and our oldest was so happy he was running around trying to catch them. A great memory.

Not as Advertised but an overall nice experience.

The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here again.

Short Stay

We only stayed for one night. The property was beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts were quick to respond, but there were mouse droppings on the queen bed and we could hear them scurrying all night in the master bedroom. There were also no window coverings in the queen bedroom.

Child-friendly, Peaceful, and Scenic

Our stay was wonderful! With a family of 7, including five children, it's often hard to find a place to stay that is friendly to a large family. This place was wonderful, affordable for a family on a budget, and the host was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property, especially for families who are looking for a place that is truly child-friendly. It's also relaxing and scenic. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay.

We enjoyed the camper. It was off the beaten path and allowed us to chill out. We were a family of 6 and fit comfortably as my kids found a bunk area in the main part of the camper. We had issues due to the below freezing weather but clay and Jody went above and beyond to fix everything. We couldn’t have asked for better host and wish they owned more properties we could rent from for the future. We saw lots of wildlife. No complaints here.

Great host, brand new camper, beautiful remote property!

This was a great place for us to stay on our trip to Nashville! Clay was very helpful and hospitable despite being offsite (we were there over a holiday weekend). When I was struggling to open the camper door (user error), he picked up the phone right away and helped me troubleshoot - he was even ready to send somebody our way to help. The property is remote yet accessible and beautiful, and I'm a little sad our itinerary didn't afford a little more time there. A few notes - the guest limit is set at 7, but unless some of those are kids, only 5 (maybe 6) adults can sleep comfortably. We had three little ones we put on the couch, so it worked out well. Also, you do have to climb a few steps to get into the camper and a few more to reach the bathroom, which was a bit of a struggle for my 78yo grandma. But overall, this was a great Vrbo for us!

Fantastic get away.

The location of the Camper was terrific and the interior was very nice. We saw plenty of deer walking around even had a place to have a campfire. Our host were the best host that we have ever encountered. We have rented other places before but the owners were very gracious and friendly. If/when we come back to the area they will be our first call.
