Everyone downstairs is rude, except Lala. I’ve been able to check in early since I started booking a room here. On 4/21 the customer service was so bad that I left crying after working a 12 hour shift waiting for my room to be ready at 9A, no guest had stayed in the room prior to my arrival so I wasn’t sure why the employee did not allow me to check in. Last week I was charged $20 for early check in and yesterday one of the morning employees yelled at me like I was a child and stated I had to pay $40 now to check in. I’ve reported this hotel to corporate, please be aware.

Staying here was enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and nice. We got back to the hotel late at night and felt safe in the area. I also thought it was interesting there was a small old graveyard beside the parking lot.
