We walked to and from broadway everyday. We walked to a from a Titans game. Pool area is private and clean. Plenty of undercover parking. Only thing about the room was the porch has not been cleaned in months, which is sad for us since we love to sit on a porch and look at the view in the early mornings or late nights. There were spider webs and Cobb webs. Dirt, dust and crud all over it. We went out there 1time to see a groundhog just chilling. But it was unusable. Check in was easy, except they sent us the wrong code, so luckily the host had quick communication to send us the correct one within minutes. We stayed on bottom floor, so keep in mind there will be people above you, that’s not the hosts fault so no stars off for the noise and craziness that happened above us all hours of the early mornings and late nights. Was in town for the CMA festival and this location is truly perfect. My guy and I enjoyed being able to walk to and from Broadway.
