It was close to the hospital, but also seemed a world away, being tucked back in the neighborhood. So many restaurants and shops are within a walkable distance. The place itself was clean and bright. We were able to walk to the Vanderbilt football game as well as a variety of different restaurants and boutiques. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The issues were the following. The ad says the property was a condo when in fact the building had a sign saying it was apartments. This building was frequented by “weekend” inhabitants that made a lot of noise from 2-3 am in the morning. While I understand that can happen, I’d warn adults with kids to be aware of the late night noise before booking here. The supplies (toilet paper, paper towels), were few and we almost had to buy our own. Our location was so perfect! Much of the restaurants, bars and coffee houses were walkable or other places were only two minutes by Uber/Lyft or cab. Perfect amount of room in the condo.
