You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively. The Neighborhood: 📍 About Music Row: Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s music industry! Explore iconic recording studios, discover live music venues, and indulge in delicious Southern cuisine at nearby restaurants. With everything just a short stroll away, you’ll be right in the action of Music City! Getting Around: Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so. Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row. The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6\. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue. The VRBO was clean, well maintained, and has overall great vibes that go along with music row. The white noise machine saved our lives as we forgot our fan for white noise. Apt.. 3 is in need of some renovations the floors were uneven and laminate flooring was seperated in places. They were upgrading the Wi-Fi while I was there and they encountered unexpected challenges which left meant Wi-Fi connections were intermittent at best. First night the property manager was receptive to text messages to trouble shoot issues. However, days following there was not follow-up to additional concerns raised. I am sure these are challenges they will overcome. There response to this post will determine if I return yo this location on the spring. ##### Joddi B. Not far from Broadway, but far enough. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to Division Street bar/restaurant area. The apartment itself was clean and just the right size for my husband and me. The bed was really comfortable, but very low to the ground, which was fine, just wasn’t expecting it. The one complaint I had was that we couldn’t open the windows. The place was clean and stocked perfect for two people. Location was good, walking distance(10 min walk) to a few bars and coffee shops. Check in was good, the door code we initially got didn’t work but we reached out to the manager and she fixed it quickly. Only negative part about the stay was the tenants above us. They were loud!! Everything was clean and well maintained but the property is not brand new, expect the normal wear and tear of a frequently used place. The kitchen had just enough to get by for 3 days. We spent a short time in Nashville and this place was perfect. We could hear footsteps above us but tolerable. Our unit was decorated so adorable. Owner added those little touches that did not go unnoticed….mints, snacks, makeup remover, hair & bath products. Owner responded promptly. Located 5 minute drive to Broadway or I took an electric bike one day but kind of expensive. Better off with a uber. Would definitely stay there again. ##### Julie N.
