The downstairs did not have hot water in the first bathroom - we were only there 2 nights so they just came upstairs to use a different sink and shower. The apartment is so large, impeccably designed, and filled with so many amenities you'll never want to leave. Perfectly located for hitting all the sites and landmarks (we mostly walked and occasionally Ubered). We loved the outdoor space for socializing and watching all the action on Printers Alley. The manager was very helpful and responsive. Check in was a breeze. Place was clean and comfortable and had all your living needs. Everything was within walking distance (bars and shops). Darold did a great job communicating and being responsive to the few needs we had. The only issue we had was the oven is not a good working appliance. I understand that this rental is not geared for cooking and families so I would not hold that against it. I will likely return when it is an adults only party down trip. It's hard to put into words the first time you walk into this penthouse. It is absolutely incredible. Besides being one of the coolest outfitted and decorated places I've been in, the location is also top notch. Darold was helpful showing us the place and how to operate everything and when we had questions he was very responsive. I can almost assure you this place will spoil you for any future rentals and is a place you will never forget.
