Very safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to Hillsboro Village and 12 South. We called a Ride Share for anywhere else we wanted to go!! Six adult men were very comfortable in this home, which exceeded our expectations. It's either been very recently updated, or it is very well kept (or both). Comfortable beds, even the futon. The gas firepit was nice to sit around in the mornings, while everyone was rising at different times. The location was excellent - walking distance to 12 South bars and restaurants. Not that the outside appearance was bad, it's just that the inside looks and feels like a brand new home. I would even say it has been completely remodeled. The owners were very accessible (phone, email, messaging) and easy to reach. We had one hiccup and we were able to work thru it with no issues. They were very accommodating! We have stayed in several different houses in the Belmont/12 south/Vanderbilt area and there isn’t even a close second . The house itself is great, but it’s all the little details that make the Beechwood Bungalow the best. The family favorite was the honor pantry. There is a great selection of snacks and even some full meal ingredient packages.
