Everything is brand new in this home. Top of the line appliances with high quality finishes in every space. Each bedroom has a TV as well as the newly updated speak easy style game room with pool table, karaoke, dart board and beer pong! The Space: \- 3 miles to Downtown Nashville \- Towels and Linens provided \- Iron & Board provided \- Washer/Dryer \- Detergent provided \- Coffee machine \- Fully stocked modern kitchen \- State of the Art Appliances The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with super spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features very comfortable bar stool seating areas! All cooking utensils are already placed in the home making it easy to dine in! We have a large flat screen TV in the living room as well as additional tv's in the bedrooms. Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Having the mancave / game room is a stroke of genius. We were a bunch of guys there for a sports weekend we hung out in that room shooting pool and playing darts while watching football.
