Modern amenities including a brand new 2 person lounge hot tub in a picturesque setting. Experience all of the wonders of a cabin in the woods without the long drive to East TN or Blue Ridge, GA. Only 15 minutes to the heart of Broadway & minutes to Sylvan Park & the Nations's restaurant, bars, shops, & cafes. Wind down in complete solace on the deck with the sight of wildlife and the sound of birds after exploring all Nashville has to offer. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for a songwriters retreat close enough to the heart of music city but far enough away to think, reflect, and create. Please note, this is a 400 sq. ft. space that is very comfortable for a party of 2, but can accommodate up to 4 with a pull out sofa in the living room. Pets welcome! $30/stay fee. Let us know if your furry friend(s) will be joining you and we will be sure to leave a special treat! Upon arrival, you will cross over a bridge and head up a long/steep driveway. The driveway is T shaped with two cabins at the top. Your cabin is to the left. We live in the adjacent cabin on the right with our small dog and free range chickens. We want your experience to be as private and convenient as possible. Therefore you will enter via lockbox. We will leave all guests to enjoy their stay peacefully and privately. However if you need us we are a text or phone call away. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will be in pulling a trailer so that proper accommodations can be made. Other things to note: There is a Ring motion floodlight on the property owners garage to light the driveway for incoming guests. There is a small apiary behind the property owners cabin. Need a souvenir? Local honey is available for sale! The Smart TV has basic channels but is also connected to the internet. All you need to do is log into your personal streaming services and enjoy! The house is fitted for 2 people. If your party is 3-4 people, please let us know and we will provide extra linens for the sofa bed. There is an outdoor fire pit provided. If you would like to purchase firewood, bundles are available on site, just let us know! Buster, the neighbor dog is a loving Australian Shepherd that loves to pop by and visit. Mika, a young German Shepherd is also friendly and makes an appearance here and there for treats. Please note, any issue that Guest has with the Unit shall be immediately reported to Manager via the app or phone. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Guest also understands that this cabin is located in a heavily wooded environment, and that insects, snakes, rodents and lizards may flourish in this environment. Clean, peaceful, soft sheets, remote but also still close to things, if needed. Hosts were great and very responsive. Wish we could've stayed a couple more days. Perfect for one or two people. We didn’t even mind a little rain, we just enjoyed the view of the rain through the beautiful trees and the sound of the rain on the tin roof and binged some movies. Hosts provided everything we needed so we even cooked a little since we stayed in until the rain stopped. Away from the city but everywhere we wanted to go was a short 20-minute drive away. My husband, and I visited Nashville for a concert and chose to stay outside of the city. We brought our dogs with us and despite a lot of rain we had a great time. The space was cozy and comfortable. It was light and bright and had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy on the porch. They have chickens, a potbelly pig, and bees. They even sell their own honey. The place felt far away from the noise of the city but was a quick drive to the city, restaurants, and parks. We came to Nashville from Texas for a work conference. I wanted to be close to downtown but also needed a scenic mountain experience. This place was perfect! There are some pretty steep/tight stairs to get to the 2nd level where the bed is, but everything in there was so cute and clean. We even opted for buying groceries and realizing the kitchen and patio grill instead of going out one night. The deck is the selling point, for sure, only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub. The view of the trees is peaceful and there’s no clear sight of the road so it makes you feel like you’re secluded. Best part was the longest it took us to get downtown was 15-18 minutes. If the opportunity presents itself, we’ll definitely stay here again. ##### Anna E.
