We seldom receive complaints, but want guests aware of our central location. We can’t assume responsibility for external factors: nearby events, construction, or nightlife. Q: PETS ALLOWED? A: Dogs only permitted, with non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog plus taxes (maximum of 2 dogs). No other pets allowed. Q: WHO HANDLES MAINTENANCE? There are no private en-suite bathrooms, no master bedroom and we didn't fully realize that until we arrived. I was initially concerned, but it worked out just fine, even with our group that consisted of me and my husband, our 4 adult kids and their significant others.
