The host are very responsive both before and during the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from outside when we were in the rental. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to broadway and far enough that you can be away from the action when you want to be. A lot of restaurants in walking distance if you don’t want to go down to broadway. We used Uber to get to any locations that were too far to walk and it was super easy. We stayed for 2 weeks and have zero complaints. Laundry facilities and pool are super accessible! The place was clean and quiet. The location was perfectly out of the way with a great view, nice pool and close enough to downtown to walk. It was great to hear downtown during the day and come back to a nice place away from the crowds at night. We would definitely come back! ##### Adam R. Fifteen to twenty minute walk to downtown helps to work off all the good food you will consume. (Use an uber if you have any mobility issues) My husband and I are in our 60s and 70s and managed fine. Free open parking eliminates the hassle you will experience with accommodations closer to downtown. Location also makes traveling to attractions outside the downtown area easy. Loved the little balcony for morning coffee. Nashville is a very fun city. ##### Janice P. We were able to walk to so many places due to its wonderful location. Close enough but yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
