The host are very responsive both before and during the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from outside when we were in the rental. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to broadway and far enough that you can be away from the action when you want to be. A lot of restaurants in walking distance if you don’t want to go down to broadway. We used Uber to get to any locations that were too far to walk and it was super easy. We stayed for 2 weeks and have zero complaints. Laundry facilities and pool are super accessible! Would definitely stay again. River views are beautiful and plenty of activity on the river to keep you entertained . ##### Mark P. I really appreciated the code access for the door, and parking was super convenient. The owners communicated promptly and professionally, which was great. The area was nice and quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. And the bed? It was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The place was clean and quiet. The location was perfectly out of the way with a great view, nice pool and close enough to downtown to walk.
