O ly 2 small issues. Our door code would not work. But the owners replied right away and sent a new one to use. The grandkids were looking forward to the karaoke that was advertised. Very clean, gorgeous view from the rooftop, and a ton of space. There were several beds to accommodate everyone plus several additional rollaway beds. There is a FULL bathroom with every room, which was very important with 12 people! The owner was very easy to communicate with, and we were less than a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway.
