Even the pullout couch was very comfortable with some sort of relatively thick memory foam mattress. Had plenty of bedrooms for each guest. We loved the fact that each bedroom had a television. The game room really made the property the perfect place for us. My only negative comment would be the lack of cooking items in the kitchen. I am sure most people go out to eat and only use the property to sleep but that was not the situation for us. A $500.00 trip to Wal-Mart or Target for basic kitchen essentials - a hand mixer( which we purchased and left), a large frying pan, a large mixing bowl , measuring cups( which we also purchased and left) .... would go a long way to making it a truly complete rental property.
