Dawn was amazing to work with during our extended stay. Housekeepers did a fabulous job and the entire house was spotless and well stocked with linens and toiletries. We will definitely chose this rental again in the future!

Great home especially for multiple couples

Me, my husband and 4 of my family members stayed at Music Grove for my nieces wedding. It was a great quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. The house was just as advertised. Very clean and lots of bedrooms. Would definitely stay again

Nashville birthday trip

We had an amazing time in Nashville! The house was clean, well stocked with toiletries, towels etc. Dawn and Ben were VERY accommodating to all our requests. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The house was everything it was advertised to be. The only knock would have to be the location was a bit sketchy. We had several Uber drives warn us not to go walking around outside of house once it was dark. That being said we didn’t have any bad experiences and would stay there again without hesitation.

Bachelor party

Place we well kept and suited our party of 10 great. Tidy and well maintained. Location was not the greatest part of town but was very convienent to Uber around closely to anywhere needed. Would recommend.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful, exceptionally clean and exactly as described. My one and only “negativity” would be the neighborhood. We didn’t have any issues at all but most of our Ubers told us it wasn’t a great area.

We came to Nashville for a Vandy game and the Music Grove was perfect! Modern and plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. Would book again!

10000% Recommend!!

I booked Music Grove for my bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely amazing! There were 12 of us in total and there was so much space for us. Dawn was very responsive and the house was prepped with all of the linens that we would need. They also keep the bathroom stocked with makeup wipes and toilet paper which I thought was so thoughtful. The house was exactly what we needed and I would absolutely book again. It was no more than a 10-15 min ride to most of the popular spots and about 25-30 to the airport. 10000% recommend!!

Long Weekend

The property itself was fantastic- there was plenty of room for 10 of us to sleep, get ready and hang out. The area was a little questionable- we didn’t think too much about this until every Uber or Lyft driver we got would comment about it.

Great house for our extended family!

This was a great house! It’s advertised and priced ad a four bedroom but it had a few extras which was awesome for our teen daughter. We came to celebrate milestone birthdays for my parents and in-laws. The house accommodated us all perfectly. Everything was new and updated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable! We arrived in town early and the owners were great about letting us in early so we could drop our things and head out right away. The neighborhood was not the best but the house had a security system so we felt very safe. We did not walk around the neighborhood at night though. Overall we loved this house and would be happy to stay again!

Great house for a big family

Our family gathered for my mom's 80th birthday and this house was great for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough rooms for all of us. It was also a short Uber ride to Broadway so we didn't have to find parking.

Excellent home for large groups

We really loved our house! The place was WAY bigger than we realized and it had more than enough space. We had 11 adults and everyone was comfortable. They had an excellent supply of all the essential needed items and some things we didn’t realize we forgot until we got there. Every time we had questions leading up to the stay, they responded in an extremely timely manner and were very helpful and considerate. The neighborhood left a bit to be desired, definitely not the best side of town but we weren’t there long and the neighbors left us alone. Overall, would stay there again but feel it’s best to be fully honest. House was absolutely perfect though.

40th Birthday Celebration

Rented this property with 8 others for a long weekend! House is adorable and perfect size for our group! 4 king beds with private rooms! 2 other rooms with twin beds in them…so much space and room for everyone! Owners were very communicative and flexible!! Allowed us to check in a little early since we arrived from out of town! Details were very thorough, and responded to texts promptly! Would definitely recommend to anyone going…super close to downtown, cheap Uber ride!! Also deck is great for hanging out and so much room! Loved this house and had an excellent weekend!!!

Amazing house!!!

House is very spacious & comfortable. What attracted me to the home is the 4 king size beds for couples. When we entered the bedrooms, we were quite impressed with the beds, linens, each room had a throw & the towels were exquisite. Velvet hangers, which I love. Plenty of bathrooms. Well appointed, with very nice finishes. The property manager prepared the house well, right down to dog bowls waiting for the tiny pooch. House is quiet for those who want to sleep in the morning, this was a surprise with the gorgeous antique wood floors throughout. Two areas to socialize, the area to the back of the house is very comfortable. The area off the kitchen is great for talking, not comfortable to watch TV. We didn't go to Nashville to watch TV. The sofa & 2 chairs look a bit shabby; they work. The Nashvegas wall is welcoming & just plain fun. If we need a place to stay, we know where to book. We will really enjoy the new deck that is coming.

This property is a great location to Broadway. The house is very spacious & clean.

The whole experience was very easy and pleasant. We had 8 adults and didn’t even use one bedroom so there is more then enough space to sleep 12 or more.
