Its a 3 story unit with a lot of stairs but a lovely home, very quite neighborhood. Its close to railroad tracks that has a train daily that stops for over an hour. My friends and I rented this home last weekend for a trip to Nashville for some concerts and it was perfect. It was spacious, clean, well decorated (we loved the music memorabilia), well stocked with necessities and suited our needs well. Proximity to downtown is great. It is a short 12-15 minute drive to the Ryman. Southern Grist Brewing (within walking distance of the property) is also highly recommended. Chris was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions. There were a lot of severe storms in the area that weekend and he made sure to text us a heads up the bad weather was incoming and again when we were clear of it, and we really appreciated that.
