We loved the appliances given such as washer, dryer, coffee machine, towels, plates, cups, tissues, wifi, and all the hand soaps, shampoos and conditioners were a great addition. This was very convenient for our stay. However, there were a couple flaws such as dirty bed sheets (makeup stains) as well as some flaws in the TV ports that denied us from using certain apps. I communicated this with the owner and they were able to respond immediately to try and make our stay the best possible experience.
