Condo has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The outside courtyard was a wonderful location to have our morning coffee or a night cap. Lady bird taco (which is downstairs) has yummy coffe and they staff are so nice. I will say the spin cycle classes at 7a were a bit loud but we are early risers so it didn’t matter much to us. Property manager was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Location is walking distance to all shops/restaurants in 12 South and only a short car ride/Uber to anywhere else you’d like to go. What was great is that there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. I loved having a big kitchen for us to be able to put together some Thanksgiving sides. I also loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. The location is awesome and only a had a mile away from my sister in law. Will definitely be back! ##### Rob P. We were in the middle of the 12 South area, and the proximity to bars, restaurants and things to do was more than we could have asked for. Ladybird Taco is right below, and the breakfast tacos were fantastic. A less than 1 minute drive gets you to 12 South Taproom, bartaco, Bottle Cap and a number of other restaurants. This is the location to stay and it is a quick drive to get downtown. The property is just as it is listed on the site. We appreciated having the en suites for both bedrooms and the sound from the spin classes below was minimal. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out at the end of the night and relax. The only issue we had was there was no hot water the first morning we were there. We contacted the property manager and they were very apologetic and had someone out within an hour to take care of the issue. It’s in a great neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It’s a short Uber ride to The Gulch and Broadway.
